Kazuki Minase (水瀬 一樹 Minase Kazuki) is a relatively new member of Shinoyama's Divers who escorted Aiko Tachibana and Yuya Kanzaki to Primary Point. Making up his lack of experience with spirit and enthusiasm, he uses his talents in electronics to support Yoshihiko Sagami (Kazuki's partner). He has a prosthetic right arm based on Artificial Organism technology.
Born to a wealthy family, he later fled his old life and became a Diver. At some point since the Burst, he lost his right arm to the Malignant Matter. During a mission as part of Shinoyama's Divers, his prosthetic arm was engulfed by the Matter, giving him visions of Aiko's past memories and he would later fall in love with Aiko.
Etymology
- The name Kazuki means "one" (一) (kazu) and "tree" (樹) (ki).
- Kazuki's surname Minase means "water" (水) (mina) and "swift current, rapids" (瀬) (se).
